This is a strange announcement.

But, if there is no information in wiki - like much other informations - why do you not simple test it?
All things that can be build can be build.

Let's just say that I have a stockbin with fresh, dry, and planed boards inside. Is there a way that I can choose which type of board to take out of the bin?

Anyways: no. Also, it's been said that the order in which they are in the bin can switch when the tile unload/server restarts/...
Simply build separate bins for them
