I started mining and i can't surmount some of my problems:
1.How can I get rid of rubble boulders? They stuck in my mine and take a lot of space.
2.Is it possible to mine iron boulder without using ,,pile of wood''?
3.This one would be hard to explain but, If I make a one-block passage through the rocks and then made tunnels on the left and right every 5 ,,blocks'' will I have to place any mine support?
By using blocks I mean one square 1x1 in salem.

1. Chip them, and use rubble as pavement/sifting material.
2. Pile of wood is only needed when you encounter a dark rock wall, it's use is to soften the wall to become a light rock wall. You can mine out ore boulders w/o piles.
3. I don't think so, but it might start a cave in if you will want to connect them under area where there are no supports.

Youll need mine support anyway you do it. The way you plan to mine the chance for a cave in is a bit lesser but it still can happen.
Once the cave in starts just build the support under it.

Thank you for quick answers.
I have never used ore smelter, but from what is written on salemwiki I assume that the best combination of ore and lime is to place 13ore 12 lime or 14ore 11lime. Am I right?

I believe it's 13 ore / 12 lime or 12 ore / 13 lime. Just fill half of your smelter with ore then other half with lime and you should be fine.

You can also blow up the rubble with boomsticks
