I agree, I've heard they're gonna ban steam and other game selling tools on that thing, idk if it's true, but if microsoft is gonna be that big of a turd to ban STEAM I and certainly a lot of other people will stick to their windows 7/8

But yeah i think microsoft hit the sweet spot with windows 7, and it's probably gonna go downhill from there. I almost puked when i saw what they did to the start button on windows 8

Not only that, but Windows 10 might have increased supervision within the files. It's hard to tell because the version isn't free source unlike Linux meaning you can't look into the system files as a programmer.

Windows 10 is pretty much a version for hipsters. Stick to Windows 7 or Windows 7 Ultimate, it's better that way.

In other news, if you download a cracked version of windows 8.1, you are able to upgrade it to a legitimate/legal windows 10 version for free/small fee.

Woops

Im more than content with windows 7, would love to use windows 98 v2 forever, sadly you cannot.

I was more than happy to stick with Win2k, but we can't all live in the same year forever.

As of now, there are some massive bugs in Win10 that should put a big stop to anyone installing it. There are also some major design decisions that should discourage anyone that does more than surf the web and read email from upgrading. As always, give Microsoft programs a minimum of six months to a year after launch before they get to a usable status.

I have used Ender's client on Windows 10 since launch(29th) without any problems. I don't know about vanilla.

I haven't noticed any problems with Win10. One game that was nearly unplayeable actually got 20+ more fps after upgrade.

p.s I can be biased as I get my salary from Microsoft(I don't do anything SW related)
