Build a barn.

While i do know about existence of the barn, amount of resources required for it looks more like a bad joke for me. And still i wish you answer my question

Its a cold snap, animals are more prone to sickness during this season, which is why you need a barn, to keep them warm in cold weather.

I know that, question was - is it my bad luck, or they get sick multiple times per day on regular basis? And now i want to ask - do grown pigs get sick the same?
