whats the fastest way to get to t3 wheat to make pies? just cabbage and pumpkin farms with lots of influence?

Yep. Plant pumpkin, raise influence to 2000%, harvest, plant cabbage, influence to 2000%, harvest T2 cabbage, plant cerealz.

2000% or 300%?

If you want it FAST like, 1 harvest of cabbage, 1 of pumpkin then 2k%. 300% is a good 'easy' % to manage if you have patience. You'll gain 15pts per harvest with 300%. 300% is 5 hay, then use a woodchip (provided you've already got upkeep to 50%, 25%, 20% depending on your skill/tools).

I personally level each bar in 4 step increments (aka 25%), which means 500% influence each time. 2000% right away takes too much hay at once for a semi-hermit to collect on their own imo, especially if you have a good chunk of fields. If you live in a town it's of course less of a problem.

I do 1 dross, 2 hay, 1 wood choppings, then 16 hay, in that order, to get that 500%.

+1 dross is the best first fertilizer.
