fruit trees

hi,

i got some questions about fruit trees... i got about 40 of them but only 1-3 bloom every season, all are covered with full bee skelps (60k+ workers, queen, lots of drones) and a full butterfly house - is that normal? if not what am i doing wrong?

also do fruit rott when the are on tress and i dont pick them? i want to wait until i have more to pick them if thats possible
