Land never flat enough for house

Hello

I'm trying to build farmers house, but I cannot get the land flat enough for some reason.
Is flatness requirement removed if I build on claim (this one goes slightly out of claim) or I still gotta find a way to make it perfectly flat?
Thanks

Custom clients have some nice flattening tools available that you might find helpful.

You might also want to read the "How to UI" thread, specifically the parts on digging. If that's not enough explanation, there's a couple pretty good posts floating around about how to effectively lower and raise the land.
I've never had issues with digging and making flat ground without those extra tools. (They are quite handy for planning settlements, though.)
