Do Braziers activate for crimes committed on a village claim?

If so can a Brazier on a personal claim attack someone who is on village claim and vice versa.

Yes braziers defend a village claim.

Braziers will aggress someone committing crimes so long as they are within the boundaries of the claim in question. Them sitting on a Pclaim won't change that so long as the Vclaim is overlapping it.

Are you saying that the Brazier on the Pclaim, but not the Vclaim, works only on the non-overlapped area (not on Vclaim), only on the whole Pclaim, or on portions of the Vclaim outside the Pclaim?
