Greetings Salemites,
I'd like to know how some of you set up your combat tabs.
I don't have a gaming mouse to use any number keys, and since the combat uses point and click I can't only use WASD and Number Keys. Any suggestions on a good setup so I can quickly dodge and attack things?

dodge? Just move away if your opponent uses Stomp or you will get your ass stunned and ganked by other enemies.
And everyone uses f1-f12 and 1-12 with ender/latikai for hotkeys on attacks so i don't understand your problem.
And don't use wasd to move, use your mouse

WASD imho is mostly used to navigate around compressed storage areas within your base but can be very helpful in pvp/pve as well.
Myself i normally have 3-4 different combat task bar setups.
Example:
Stances (Set on the F bar)
close range pvp/pve (Fist fighting) First Tab
longer ranged pvp (sword fighting) Second Tab
PvE (sword / axe) Third Tab
It all depends really on how good you are using your keyboard, personally i can use numbers 1-8 very wel with just my left hand without needing to make a huge movement, allwing myself to use WASD to make a quick adjustment if needed to dodge something.
Regain composure is a must have and in my opinion run/guard If you are quick enough to switch between them should be on each bar or at least assigned to F1/2/3 which gives you more moves on your numbers.
Like any game you should set your keys in order of a combo if it were, were you can press 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5.
For example a basic setup for close range fist fighting pvp
Run (F1) Guard (F2) Regain composure(F3)
Stomp(1) / Bullrun (2) > Legsweep (3) > Punch(4) > Uppercut (5)
You will need to test stuff out yourself to find out what suites you, but i hope this little insight can help.

Really it comes down to how you play and what you are comfortable with. Generally using WASD is really bad for combat but again if it works for you then great. Get with a partner and learn how it all works. My keys are all over the place and looks a lot like how I had my bars set up in WoW.
