I was doing okay for a couple days bought some silver to expand my land, Just got the ability to mine and prospect, and heighten my humors. And now i don't see my character or anything just a black figure... i must of bugged it when i did a hard close the other day i was having so much fun that i forgotten that i had to work in the morning and just etc it. its been maybe two days since I've been away and saw this. Is there anyway to return my character back. I think the character was AssassinBloody or Assassin_bloody.

Did you do any crimes recently?

You probably died.
Check if you have anything written in the character search though first.

Nope i was keeping to myself and avoiding anyone that would come towards me i was exploring around my area and saw nothing but abandon property and some were still there.

And how does one do that, like its registering as no character as i probably died or something.

In the character selection screen there is a text filter that you can use to search characters by name. If you accidentally typed a space or letter in there it might exclude your character from the list. So select anything in that text box, delete it all and see if your char comes back in the list.

I opened the mod one from Latikai and the original nothing is appearing

(I did this before i had something typed i think it was a space or something i got nervous thinking i closed it before saving or something until i backspaced and found my character... but nothing this time. I m curious can you be killed while not online, i didn't make a bed or anything and was in the mist of organizing my land, and destroyed my leanto. And can't remember if i build one before i hard closed.

If you don't have a homestead, your character will stay online when you log out. You could easily have been killed that way.

Ahh i see thank you for responding, I'm a returning player and saw what has changed and what hasn't but yea that my bad on my part. I shall start over and remember to make a homestead before i log and maybe find a better area :3 thank you again for those who responded.
