Maybe you should just quit again.

You can steal from any player who is KO'd, reguardless of location
You can steal through a players leanto / claimstone if they are offline

Offline means the owner of the character is not connected to the game world, persistance of the character in the world may still be considered as "offline"

I was afk, not KO'd and in Providence. How were a few select items looted then from my character's inventory? Namely: equipped Plague Doctors Masque, equipped purse and some silver in inventory, which where not in the purse - these are now missing.

I was afk, not KO'd and in Providence. How were a few select items looted then from my character's inventory?

Well maybe people can steal from your character why you are online?

Im confident its impossible to steal from a live, awake, online character.

Maybe you accidently dropped them or missplaced them or there is a mechanic at work here you nor i understand. I often missplace things and consider them lost, then days / weeks refind them and a tear of happiness rolls down my cheek.

It is unlikely that i misplaced those items, as i never take off the masque and i havent used any silver in days and it was most definitelly there (in the inventory) a few hours ago.

have you turned tracking on and ported to your leanto?

Well consider the fact maybe some new kind of bug has been abused and ask the devs to look into it if they have the time.

Also strongly consider that you may not have had them since you logged in, and only have just noticed and they were stolen from you over night when you were offline, or if you logged out (auto log out by kandarim) and were then stolen from.

PS: Why are you standing afk ingame for hours with the new madness ?

afk time was more like 30minutes, been playing all day, i am confident the items where there when i logged in today some 10 hours ago. i got latikai client, i might have done one forcefull log out.

What would be the point? and Tracking is always on due to latikai's client, i cant say i recall any scents around me, but i wasnt paying attention after i moved from my afk spot.

Besides, my claim is being raided, i need a new place now, that is why i've been in Providence for the last few days. I had everything with me 100% when i bailed and left for Providence and couldnt really misplace that.
