title says it. my guy is whispering to me. i know the faces change as you get more insane. is there anyway to check the exact level tho?

If you use a custom client it will give you a number for your madness level.

I have this client but i cannot find where the maddness level is. and how do i figure out what my insanity is verses my madness.

You don't see Insanity levels only madness. Hover your mouse over your humours and you will see your madness level. Sleep on a bed and your insanity should be at bay
