Mine & Corpse Animals

I heard from the mine bodies do not disappear ...
but disapper!!!! all!!! my 2 bears :/ hard hunt and.. grrr

nobody butcher... ~30 animals..
what happen...

Build makeshift sleds. Use them as dead animal storage.
My village has many many random makeshift + normal sleds scattered around the village for dead animals if we find them within the village walls.
kill them, toss them onto sleds, use at a later date.
Most of the time, when compost bins are running low we just cull the deer collected on the sleds to refill them. Or i do at least. *hint hint guys*

I believe they did update at some point saying stuff now decays in howses and mines. So as to prevent people hoarding corpses in such structures. Carts/sleds should be safe.

Structures still don't decay in mines, but corpses seems to do so. I've read that the church structure can be used for storing corpses though, but dunno if that have been patched since then.
Personally I do it like the others here are suggestion, putting them on Frontier Sleds.

I think corpses always could decay in mines but they didnt do so because the mines were smaller. Now that they can be big there is an issue of unloading map tiles which may cause corpses to despawn

Pretty much this. It's a bug that corpses sometimes Don't decay in mines and houses.
