hey guys, there is a mine near my first piece of claimed land and I was wondering if I can claim the land where the mine is so I am the only one to have access to it. I mean I know they can turn criminal acts on and enter but was just wondering if I could claim it? Thanks...

Yes. If the mine does not have a p-claim or is not under a village claim you can claim it for yourself.
