I have learned Cobbling and the only shoes available for me to craft are Haybales and Fisherman Boots. Anyone have an idea why I don't have the other few shoe recipes? Thanks.

You need a combination of skills to unlock certain things, such as Founding Fathers Shoes you need Cobbling and Fine leather craft to craft these pair of shoes.

Most shoes require additional skills to cobbling. You'll probably unlock a small batch of them once you learn Tanning. Most shoes listed on the wiki with only cobbling as requirement have unconfirmed/unknown additional requirements, so if you figure out what additional skills unlock them and let us know that would be grand.
