change of recipes

I would like to know why certain recipes had the ingredients changed before we have access to animals. corn and crab chowder and corn pudding now requires milk which we can't get. how much more are ya'll going to screw up this game?

Popham probably get cows soon enough, but.. for us on Providence I agree they should set it up so that you can buy milk from the seasonal stall at least.

The devs should also probably put down the Providence stall rents to a symbolic two digit amount too... A lot of vendors are probably going to go broke or take larger losses during the expedition period otherwise. xD

We're not selling milk in the store so I feel like you're just trying to be insulting here.

There should only be one recipe or so in each food group that needs milk. There are still plenty of alternative foods, and milk will be available soon in Popham where most everyone is right now. John made the food change before milk was actually available so he would have a bit more time to actually relax while the expedition runs. I don't know for certain his reasons for pushing it to both servers, but it probably has something to do with the fact that it's more difficult to push a patch to one server and not the other as well. We want the balance changes applied during the expedition to affect both servers and trying to delay a change on one and not the other will just make a mess of things.
