You have to claim them and then the soak will disappear, however depend on you biles you can hit them very weakly that it takes a lot of time.

I assume your humours aren't very high -

1) Make ALOT of food and suffer a day of excrutiatingly slow belting down of walls - chomp small foods like candy in order to keep your phlegm topped up, damage is based on current phlegm value.
