how can we make money without counting White Stall? For example, can we sell gems, wood or anything else to other NPC with a good price?

Currently there are 4 ways to earn/make silver

1) Sell to white stalls
2) Sell to other players
3) Turn silver bars into silver coins
4) While looking in stumps you can find 5 silver coins (not efficient for supplying yourself however)

As for selling to other NPC's, I don't think there is currently a NPC you can sell items to.
