my gluttony bar vanished after the short tutorial and I cant seem to get it back!?! the bar with the 2 forks

It's gone because you have a "Full and Fed up" timer.

I do not have the debuff timer

here is a picture showing no debuff or bar

You're out of the tutorial? Have you tried restarting the client?
