How do I know what is the current season?

I need butterflies and I know it is only spawn in Everbloom but idk what is the current season.
How do I know what is the current season? And there is only 2 main season, Everbloom and Cold Snap?

The little picture.
approx 7 real uptime days.
We have had approx 1 week of downtime / bloodmoons since seasons were introduced.

Basically what HolyLight said, in the lower left of the screen there's a picture showing which season we're in and yes Salem is stuck in eternal Autumn with two "seasons" though I just call it weather, Sunny and Cold

Pictures of the seasons can be found on the wiki's. Compare them to the season icon in the game, shouldn't be hard to spot.

besides which, Everbloom has butterflies on it and Cold snap does not, so that should be pretty obvious.
