I find in 1 level black walls...

I destroyed 3 into wall and i not got "entrance"
when old mine i got for first time ... ?!

The chance increases over time. So the old mines have high chance, and new ones have small chance.

he mined 3 and got no entrance and is crying.

Currently mined about 500~700 hardrock on my current level and no entrance.

yeah, leaving it for 24H and getting ~80% chance is much slower than placing alot of fireplaces and digging 500-700 hardrock

Tried that method with a few layers of my 60~ long exposed hardrock and over all seems like total troll advice.

It has to do with the ammount of work spent in the mine level first, hardrock or not.

Current level :
Dug to corner of mine to max purity : Check
Found hardrock : Check
Exposed hardrock and left for 24h+ before fireing : Check
Use method above for several layers : Check
Dug out crap tons of hardrock using rapid fireing method : check
Over 20 man hours on current mine level as most of the rubble was collected/chipped, stored and sifted : check
The man hours being WORK time, not just afking : check
Does bad RNG exist : check
