I have an evidence of an assault and I'm staying right in front of criminal's lento.

how can I summon him and provide justice?

Pretty sure you cannot summon someone for assault. but not 100%

how does it work for summonable crime? would I have an option on his lento, like with larceny?

Yes you should get a option when you right click it to summon him.

If you feel wronged enough, and you cannot summon, you can pclaim over their leanto and knock it down scent free.

or pclaim it and build a fence, having a shot at killing him when he logs in.

I would not take darwoths advice on pclaiming and killing. It did not work for him when he tried to get me. Poor lil feller is still butthurt over it.

7> bankee having been booted from the town and having his claim imminent domained respawns in boston naked and homeless, concocts a fantastical tale about how i "am so dumb i did not block him in right" and how he "got away from me" when in reality he did nothing but log on naked and homeless, evidently still to stupid to comprehend you can not wall a claim post since the owner can freely port out.

8> bankee quits and goes to play some ****** game where he can escape the stigma of stupidity he so effortlessly built for himself here.
