i waited 1 hour but i is not in my inventory ?

Go to the postmaster, he is right next to the giant bank, and right before you get near the cemetery.

Port from your homestead. Also, be careful with the purchases. You can still lose the store items should something happen to you.

Adventure (V) > Travel (e) > Providance (p)

Becareful about buying store packs until you have some defences up, they can and will be stolen from you. In particular store packs that have builds you can place and use (hunter's drying rack, gardner's pot, farmer's humus bin) as these have diffrent skins/models and are easy to recognise. This is one of the few games where buying from the store can actually make you MORE of a target.
