Port from your homestead. Also, be careful with the purchases. You can still lose the store items should something happen to you.

Press Adventure icon then Travel. You'll be able to figure out from there by youreself.

How do i port from my homestead ?

by using the teleport button located in:

Adventure (V) > Travel (e) > Providance (p)

Shortcuts are V>E>P for fast teleport

Becareful about buying store packs until you have some defences up, they can and will be stolen from you. In particular store packs that have builds you can place and use (hunter's drying rack, gardner's pot, farmer's humus bin) as these have diffrent skins/models and are easy to recognise. This is one of the few games where buying from the store can actually make you MORE of a target.
