Pig keeping and Sheep herding can be learned, are those completely implemented right now?

Those skills are useless until you bring some animals back from the expedition.

In the expedition server pigs, sheep and cows will appear for the first time. After the expedition is over those animals will come to providencem and then those skills will be useful

Expeditions will be new servers with smaller maps and maybe some different rules. Those servers won't last forever and new will be ceated constantly. You'll need to create new characters for each expedition. First expedition is set to start at June 19th

and next learn skills what i need and capture animal ? and how can i got animals -> normal character in normal server ?

Expedition starts on June 19th. We don't know all the details yet.

You can learn the skill in Providence and use it later.

We will make an expedition server that will last a few months. The expedition will be a lot of fighting and players will decide when it ends by destroying the world with witches.

You can get animals like pigs and sheep on the expedition server and put them in crates to be shipped back to Providence.

When the expedition server ends, your animals, if you got any on the expedition, will come home to Providence for you to have.

So, it's a good idea to learn the skills in Providence now so you can use them as soon as possible when the expedition server ends.
