You just have to wait till you calm down and for your heart to start racing. A strong cup of black tea helps as well as eating to ease your nerves.

I'm strongly considering moving fear to add insanity instead of reduce black bile. And then have alcohol be the only way to remove fear. As the mechanic for at least beer, if not wine as well.

Im all for beer removing fear, but fear adding to insanity is meh, as long as its not crazy stupid amounts that will ensure you gain madness levels why bear hunting.

Could add to insanity the way the Cthulhu Mask does, increases the rate at which you gain insanity as opposed to just plain gaining insanity.

But then you would have to make it like the bee buff in terms of timer. Each roar adds 20 minutes of 4x Insanity Gain. Stacks indefinitely. When you are online and offline the debuff ticks off.
