I have a few questions, so here it goes:

1. Should I put a lock in my house's door?
Will my new character be able to open the door after he inherits the property?

2. Can someone inherit mayor ship?

3. Can stalls be inherited?

No, no and no.

1. You cannot lock doors, however you can easily build gates directly infront of them. You will need to lock the gate and give keys to your alt.
2. You will need to train the decendant to have compacts to become mayor. If the mayor dies, the bell is up for grabs.
3. If the character dies, im very sure the stall becomes unclaimed, and the first person to pay the fee can claim it (Will need this one confirmed)
