i low-middle player! and now is Blood Moon (don't saw) and i hunt deer 3 times (i live!!!) but my lvl madness is now ~5!!!!

"Madness levels may be reduced by smoking Tobacco." .... is horrible...

HELP!

I would wait a bit with my character on a bed, just until ppl start selling tobacco, if you wanna be 100% sure you'll be okay.

You could also start picking flowers and studying low items every ~10 min.

Try crafting or buying a teddy bear, build a bed and sleep in it holding him tight.

You can make a set with 1 sterling geode per cloth.
This will allow you to enter the den in providence and smoke from a hookah ever 24 hours to decrease 1 madness level everytime.


You can also buy a teddy bear, sleeping in a bed only lowers insanity if you don't have one.

If you do both you can almost forget about madness completly if you are not doing insane stuff.

So, you don't need tobacco also you are only level 5 you have time, just don't get koed during blood moon.

but where can i buy seeds tabaco ? in town ?

and what it is teddy bear ?

Seasonal stall selling gold tobbaco for 250s i belive, thats 10 indian amulets or 5 soaps.

Teddy bear is an inspirational, which you can put in your left hand before going to bed to get your madness level decrease. If you can provide some of required materials, I can craft you one


You can also buy tobacco seeds from seasonal stall for 200s, but it takes time to grow, then 3 days to dry. And keep in mind you probably will need a lot more than one dose. Check player's stalls (blue ones), I saw some slightly cheaper tobacco in them earlier.

It's 200 silver for 50 seeds I believe.

Just buy the skin - if you buy a teddy bear it might be cursed.
