tutorial question

"Increase your maximum Proficiency Cap." in the tutorial....
But I do not know how to increase it..because i cannot give any points there... do i need to lvl up or something?;)

Grab one of those tumble weeds and study it. Then open your skills and click the + beside flora and fauna I think is the skill you are needing.

No, thats inspiration you're talking about.
You have to study an inspirational and then click the + sign on the skill when it turns green.
It's all in the manual no?

It may or may not be in the manual, actually i could not easily find an explanation for it (clicked through Help/Game Hints) and so I thought forum would be the next easiest solution.
