Where did all the butterflies go?

I started seeing butterflies everywhere once I got enough in some proficiency I suppose. But now I don't see any any more. Am I missing something?

They are only out during everbloom. It's currently coldsnap.

Thanks for the reply. Is the season also the reason my bees do not produce any honey? I did not see anything mentioned about that on the wiki.

That I am not really sure of. It would make sense though. Do you have a queen and at least 8 or so drones? If you do and the meter isn't going up its either that or you could be checking them too often. They don't like being spied on

Okay, I do have a queen and the rest slots full of drones, plus 5k+ workers or something, but no bar progress. I check them about 2 times a day.. Might be too much I guess.

You might want to take out a few drones. If the skeep is full then there is nowhere for a new queenbee/royal jelly to spawn.

You are checking your bees too often, only check on them 1-2 times per day. If not you will experience loss of production or even colony deaths. Also, keep at least 6 slots free to allow for the spawning of new queen bees which spawn together with 3 royal honey's.
