Ravenous Spark?

I found nothing on this item my friend apparently found it in a charcoal pile and it consumed his inventory and KO'd him. Anyone know anything about this? is it a witch thing?(doubt i'll get a solid answer about it)

short story: dump all charcoal ASAP and the flame will die out.
