when i play ~5 month ago, and when i'm gardening got 3 plants
but now NO ?
my question is why no ? or what i need now skill ?

You now need Herbs and Sprouts. The more HS you have the more chance you have to get more plants. The Green Thumb skill which used to give +1 now speed up the process of the plant growing. In addition to that, you can buy a Gardening Shovel which will give you a +1 every time you plant.

It's not guaranteed. It's a RNG based on H&S, but I have 96 and still not a single +3. This is planting 16 pots every two days for maybe? a month. In other words, higher than 100. Unless I am very unlucky.

around 200, and it won't be everytime. The higher the bettah! Remember to drink insp potions and study Spring Beauties

It seems that you get after you reached 100 in H&S +1
All 50 more H&S you get one more:
150-199 = +2
200-249 = +3
250-299 = +4
and so on.

But like Nixios it said, if you have 200 and the chance to get +3 you also get often +0,+1 or +2.
It is a random chance.

The Gardening Pot itself gives 1 Plant, with Green Thumb 2 and with Shovel +1 extra.

Green Thumb does not give an extra anymore. I have noticed +1s at 100 H&S rare but did occur.

Ahh right, i was wrong.

You get 2 base plants with Gardening Skill and one extra with Shovel.
Other extra points will be added randomly while planting.

shovel +1 more,
and i have 150+ and got +0, +1, +2, +3
so i got 3-6 plants per pot


100 = 0-1
150+ = 0-2
200+ = 0-3
250+ = 0-4
300+ = 0-5
...
...
...
800+ = 0-15
...
