How much thread and needle?

How much thread and needle should i aim to have, before i will start seeing 0 difficulty on my items? I do not dare to make any nice items with only 200 =/

I'd aim for a minimum of 700 or so to get 0 all the time but don't worry about that. There are at least 2 or 3 master tailors out there that charge a small amount to make the clothing for you.

The more you get the more you'll just want to keep improving your clothes until you have perfect stuff. 0 isn't essential either just preferable if you're going to add the really rare stuff to it.
