(so what is the story with the dead) People in Providence all the time?? I always assumed people just made free accounts to die in providence to troll. But after taking my first character through the tutorial, I realized its a lot of work for the amount of dead.

Are there really morons with nothing better to do than drive through the tutorial and drop a body in town every few mins?

It cant be. I know, historically,JC has cleaned out peoples alt list for whatever infraction by killing them in town to be looted, and I assumed the skellys there were all from that. But i just went there in this blood moon and there where tons of new bodies.


What am i missing? I have searched around and cant find what going on.

People too scared to log on mains, so trolling around on alts

There were a handful of people who had a few hundred alts that they log on from time to time to clear out their account. I do think the number of skeletons in town will go down as the investment to make an alt raises.

Well at least i have a reason to be too scared -.- since i attended to their witch meeting and was publicly told that i would get my **** rekt from all those altars attuned to me

It used to be it took around 30 or less seconds to make an alt. You put on some clothes, learned a skill, hoped on a boat, and you were done. So those that went over board are now killing them.

Granted that if you "inherit" the skills of a dead 5/5/5/5 alt you skip the entire tutorial, you can basically remake as many alts as you had before as those that killed off 100 alts can make 100 more in a few seconds.
