I've read that Quaffed & Quenched is a debuff. But i do not understand what this debuff acctually do?

Nah nah it's a buff. Help with gluttony

It simply limits the amount of liquids you can consume. Liquids are in almost all occasions a 'good thing' as they provide you with a wealth of different buffs and benefits. However, your player will eventually get bloated if you drink too much. The only way to remove Q&Q is to Glutton.

inb4 slow down or negative effects for being bloated?
