Larceny or Trespassing

So basically I bought 2 Fe Bars for a Dowsing Rod but I didn't know I need an anvil. So I saw this almost deserted town that has an anvil in an owned land. Do I just need Trespassing to lift it or do I need Larceny?

Larceny to move it outside town claim. Try crafting on that anvil? Not sure if you'll leave any evidence by doing so.

But I can move it near entrance if I have Trespassing? Just not out?
And I can craft on it even though it's on a claim?

And yes, u can use things on another claim
