Count what symptoms (coughing, vomiting, headache) are most common than use proper meds, don't use randomly or you will worsen you situation

You remove the clothes in the chest slot and equip the leech as you would a shirt.
Exactly 6.022 x 10^23 worth of Lach molecules.

Be careful when dealing with certain healers in game. A certain person who claims to heal for free has been cursing new players and killing them. Take your shirt off and apply the leech.

Rats, dead bodies and other sick pilgrims can get you sick.

The way cures work is that there is a chance that the disease is cured when you use a medicine or fill a leech with .01 blood. The chance gets lower the more cures you try, but it never goes below a 10% chance. Generally the very first symptom you get has a very good chance of being the disease you have. Try curing that one for the first and second cure attempts, then try the second symptom you get and so on until it's hopefully cured.

The sicker you get the more you'll have the symptom that the disease gives you. So count the symptoms, if you're getting 6 coughing fits out of 10 symptoms then try and cure that one. As the sickness bar gets higher and higher you'll show more and more of the "correct" symptom and then it's just a 1 in 10 chance that you'll cure yourself with the known cure. At that point just spam the right cures at the 10% cure chance, or leave the leech on until you're disease free.

Wow the first "new" player to not ***** about a mechanic, and cry saying it's not fair when they don't have something go their way, if you need future help, feel free to pm me on forums or ask for my hs and you can ask there.
