Cave ins under mine supports?

I'm getting cave ins under mine supports. It's never happened before but yeah. Is this just rare? or is there something that might be triggering it?

I heard there is chance to get that. Put more than 1 support helps.

If there is only 1 Minesupport radius at the cave in. That is the problem. Rare chance though.
