Posted: Sat Apr 18, 2015 5:31 amThey will spawn randomly in your skep provided you have a queen and drones. I'm not positive on how the amount of drones affects things. Make sure you have space for the jelly to spawn.

Posted: Sat Apr 18, 2015 7:15 amJelly has spawned for us 3 times and is always when a queen spawns, been anywhere from 2-5 royal jelly with queen. Also unsure of drone affect and yes should be room to accommodate jelly and queen

I am pretty sure that when mine spawned royal jelly it was in addition to a queen,
