How do i skip the tutorial ? Why i want to skip is because i did the tutorial once and my character got deleted and the second time game crashed and character got deleted again.

You can't skip it, that's intended so all the little ***** that start the game can't say they weren't giving a small sense of guidance, afterwards blaming devs for it rather then accepting their own stupidity.

If you have money in the bank you can just pay to get to the newworld. Will that skip the tutorial?

Looking at the logs, though, it seems you did in fact not complete the tutorial, but only got to the native camp.

I got to the native camp quest again and game crashed :/ i have to create a new character again. It happens when i try to click the escape button cos im used to open the option menu like that. Im gonna give it another try.

Okay i think i did it !
