turkey poults not growing up

Postby Toorimakun » Fri Apr 17, 2015 1:12 am

my turkey coup hatches eggs and the food goes down and i get poops... but my turkey poults are not growing up... i hear they should grow up with in a day... it has been 2 days now.
and from what i hear if it is cursed then the eggs shouldn't be growing ether... and the coup is no where near the edge of the village so shouldn't be able to be cursed any way.

well since i am not a witch i can not say for 100% but it is inside of a mine that is on P-claim and V-claim land...

and nothing has gone missing and i would assume that if a witch got in to my mine they would take stuff since a mine doesn't count as claimed land.... but i would also assume there should be trespassing sent at the mine entrance.

ok, ONE finally changed to adult....
so it takes 2 days?.. can they be moved and still turn to adults?
*the wiki says they can... but my last batch was in there for like 3 days*

Did you feed your turkeys any cursed food?

that might be the case....
i have been picking up the poor never found now dead fertile turkeys from stumps.... maybe someone placed a cursed on in there...
*so sad... i would have like 2 and a half coops of fertile turkeys if those red eggs didn't hatch in the stumps* :'(

I'm guessing that turkeys that start laying eggs are domesticated? Or are the domestic turkeys the ones whom grow up from the chicks.

Maybe you moved the eggs' hens? I think (not sure) that if you move the hen that laid the egg, it won't hatch. Does the 'done' % number rise, or has it been the same for a while?

I've heard they are delicious with some Bushkin and Baby Corn.
