Bees during Cold Snaps?

Patch Notes said that butterflies wouldn't spawn during cold snaps, but I've also been unable to find any Bees. My most recent forage met with two 7x inspirationals, but not a single bee. I know this isn't enough sample to prove anything, so I'm asking if anyone has found a bee during this cold snap?
