Only witches can make skulls. Memento mori is a characters nick name.

The Memento Mori skull from Cash shop gives you the skill called Cain & Abel.

The skill to murder other players. Yes its a crime.

That's the skull of a player named Memento Mori. Uses are for witchcraft to which you will find no answer in the wiki.

Maybe if a player killed another player and took there body they could do unholy things with it. And maybe (If like the description of the item you speak of says) you did a particular thing with the skull it could be of great benefit (debatable) for you and of great consequence for any one related to the owner.

Most likely an attempt to scam people.

As others have mentioned this is a skull of a player not the cash shop item, the stall its in belongs to Darwoth he has removed the other skulls he couldn't sell in order to scam people with this item. Do not fall victim to this scam.

don't know what you guys are talking about, i have yet to have a complaint about any of the memento mori's i have sold maybe you newbs should get the skill requirements (revenge) before spouting nonsense.
