Bajgel is not easy to get for new players. You need t3 cereal fields (unless you buy from other players, but then it's not any easier than any other food) and a baking table (which means deer hooves)

1 animal glue for a table and like 300s for the flour. i dont think it's a tough investment, right?

I doubt that's a good investment for a new player, I'm pretty sure there are foods easier to get. Especially if you consider the fact you want to reach 100/100/100/100 within a month. That means you could start using foods with 3h cooldown - they have nice biles, small food categories impact and are fairly cheap to make. Surely much more cost-efficient than bajgels.

You should consider basing it around what they can achieve without trade and the use of silver in general. They are more likely to forage for nuts, oysters, and berries than buy produce and product. My two cents.

It would be VERY nice to see the community agree on which foods are 'easy' and 'hard' to achieve if for no other reason than for me to cherry pick off those experiences and data to re-balance the harder to achieve foods.

Any food is a universal gluttony food if you mix ingredients. Lumberjack firkadels become even humors with a single different type of shred. I wouldn't call that easy though as that means you probably have to be able to kill rabbits and beavers.
