it doesnt seem to be listed in my craft window, what skills are required for that?

yup, witchcraft. Decent perennial inspirational, takes 11 rats just like the cricket team.

because hunting rats is much easier when a witch: they won't aggro you.
I dare say the rat team is hardly the biggest perk to being a witch :)

It also likely never crosses the mind of any decent pilgrim to tie rats together and study its effects lol, Only the twisted mind of a witch can fathom such a use for rat corpses.
