How to negotiate release form stocks?

Somhow i ended u p in stocks,i cant recall i ever leave scent of theft, but propably i did somhow... Anyway... i dont mind but i didnt had mask on me so i got diseased and when i select negotiate release form judge nothing happend. What i need to do before i die here?

Another player will need to negotiate a pardon from the Judge and then right click it and use it to free you.
