Unclaimed wall decay rate?

1) Does anyone know what is the rate of decay for an unclaimed wall (stone, plank, brick)? How much HP (or %) per day (period of time)?
2) When will a fresh wall take the first decay tick?
3) A wall that is build on unclaimed area will decay the same way as one built on a claimed area, then remove the claim?
4) It takes more materials to repair a wall than to build a new one, right?

1)Not clear but the speed differs randomly even the same type wall
2)In 12 hours i think(Maybe never if the map chunk never reloads?)
3)No idea
4)yep

If i recall back from jamestown. (aka things may be drastically different).
Everything off claim decays. However its a RNG thing that happens every time the map chunk loads. Meaning that larger structures have a higher chance of decaying everytime the map chunk loads. Making tiny items like whittlers benches, urns, boxes & baskets usually stay far longer even though they may have gotten hit by decay once or twice.
This is of course age old knowledge back from jorbtar time. I have no clue wether or not our new Gods have changed things.

As my wife would say. There's always a surprised woman behind every great man.

Whenever a player or dev is close by. (you see minimap? its slightly larger than that).

so does that mean decay rate near Boston is way faster compared to remote map corners?
there was a cart not far from my claim staying on unclaimed tiles for like 4-5 months
and guess what? it wasn't damaged at all when i tried to repair it after bringing it home.

I cant speak for carts as they are not a structure per say. And yes i suppose closer to boston or limers front would have more traffic meaning more decay yes.
Also...You stole that cart? Bad boy
