Is there anyway to make the digged ground grassy again?

And I have a Woo Woo Wand. I don't know how to use it. Help?

1. If there are grass tiles near dirt they will make dirt transform randomly into grass.
2. Equip it in both hands, and turn on prospecting.

1. The "respawn" on grass is a random decay so it might happen almost instantly or take several weeks.

2. Woo Woo Wands aren't very good, if you have the chance get a Dowsing Rod from someone in Boston.

As for how to use them. They will spawn an arrow over your head. This arrow will most likely flip around like a confused pigeon looking all around. Walk around randomly, do not follow the arrow if it's not stable, until it has taken a more definite direction. That means you're close to a mine, follow the arrow.

When you come to a place that looks like a ******** made of dirt in the ground you've found a mine! Level the ground, make an entrance, make iron, win.
