Ok so Im fairly new to mining. I am mining and i cant seem to get ore bolders, All i can get is rubble boulders. Is there something you have to do to find ore in a mine or something?

You have to keep mining out rubble until you find an ore vein.

Ive dug alot, but still havnt found a vein.

3 types of tiles in a mine that i have seen
1. has black lines<cracks> , rubble
2. has black and white.grey lines<cracks> , ore
2. black tile, must build a fire to soften before able to mine, possible location to goto lower level

I have found digging in a straight line till you find vein works out well, but it's just random from what I understand. Good luck

that's what we all do
dryin frames, coal clamps, ore smelters, you name it

1x1 fields in mines ... good ol' days.
But yes, it currently does pay off to build a lot in mines because of the free space (do note however, that stuff in there is no longer claimed and hence scent-free; also, JC doesn't really like it and may eventually punish us).

I can't wait for the tears when JC makes it so there is decay in mines.
