I have a Makeshift Fence , i destroy it until 24% after this it drains my phlegm and it doesn't do anything i is not destroyed it doesn't show me more than 24% and some others only show me 0% after using a full bar of Phlegm which is a 27 gluttony bar

Like the other said.
1) Expand your Claim over that fence. It will reduce soak and then it will make it a lot easier.
2) Make sure your blue bar is almost full the whole time. In other words hit it a couple of times, then eat, hit it and then eat, rinse and repeat.

IF those two things don't work, post again.

Yeah , so i had to claim the Fence in order to fully destroy it
But i dont see the point of destroying it to 24% if i can not fully destroy it

To avoid future frustration i recommend gluttony of the blue bar (phlegm) as you seem to have very low humors to not be able to destroy a makeshift.

The lower you get on your current Phlegm, the slower it becomes to destroy it.
